Jordan decided to change things up for himself and rather than making the patented Air Jordan or Nike swoosh, he decided to go with Mickey.
* The recipe is for waffles but it's the same for pancakes as well. We just poured apple sauce on our pancakes to make them "apple" cinnamon.

puThanks for the recipe! I'm definitely going to try it. We have had a tradition at our house for the last 7 years of "Daddy Pancakes." Rob makes awesome shapes for the kids using a Turkey Baster. You outline a shape, then let it sit for a second, then pour batter over the top. It's really cool and the kids love it! What a fun tradition for your family!
