Easter in St. George

We had such a great Easter with Jordan's Family. Thais was really excited to see her Nana and Papa and as an added bonus, she got to spend time with her aunt Nanners, unkee Ben and aunt Molly

This is a picture of Nana teaching Thais all about the true meaning of Easter...

She taught why the egg is symbolic ..

Thais was so cute because through out the whole lesson she kept nodding very intently whenever she was asked a question and she sat very still and listened to the whole thing.
She loved Nana's Easter lesson!

After the lesson, Nana gave Thais an Easter Basket with a cute little bunny and told her that she could go find the candy that was hidden in the back yard.

Is this the best day of Thais's life or what? There was candy EVERYWHERE :O)

Thais was very meticulous in making sure she got every last piece of candy.

Aunt Marianne helping her find another spot with candy..

After the Easter Egg Hunt we went to Grandma Allred's and had an egg rolling contest. We all had a blast and it was fun to participate in the traditions that Jordan did when he was little. Nana always makes everything so fun!

LOL I LOVE the pic of Everyone holding the pictures up and Thais all by herself (or so it looks) taking it all in and being SO GOOD! It looks like everyone loved just watching Thais!

How fun! Thais is so good to sit through the lesson so reverently! She looks adorable in these pictures. I want Nana to teach the Easter lesson to my kids. Maybe they would pay a little more attention:)

Grandma Allreds? Are we related Danielle? Jace's dad's side of the family are Allreds. Looks like a super fun Easter for Thais.

What a fun birthday party! And the Easter story and hunt, what a wonderful grandmother or Nanna--Your daughter is just beautiful! Mom says that she has your personality and she had so much fun watching her and the kids at the wedding. We were in St. George for Easter also. Amy lives in Deseret Hills which is the Bloomington hills exit number 4--
You have a great blog, Love, Aunt Barbara
